Who we are

Tech Adivas Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, 231, 1st Floor, Church Road, Anna Nagar, Madurai - 625020, Tamil Nadu, India. We decide why and how the details in this notice are used. You can reach us at contact@techadivas.com.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no sign-in for visitors and no tracking tools. We collect details only when you choose to send them.

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, the topic you pick and the message you write.
• Readiness assessment. Your answers are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us. If you choose to ask us to follow up, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the summary of your answers that you submit and any message you add.
• Technical records. Our website does not store your network address. The cloud provider that hosts the site keeps ordinary server logs, which can include your network address and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running.

Why we use it

• To read your message and reply to you, by email or phone.
• To send you an email confirming that we received it.
• To follow up on a readiness assessment you asked us to follow up.

We use your details because you gave them to us for this purpose, and you agree to this when you tick the box on the form. We do not use them for marketing mailings unless you ask for them, and we do not sell them.

Who can see it

• Members of the Tech Adivas team who handle enquiries, through our contact mailbox and our internal records.
• Service providers who help us run the website, under our instructions: Google Cloud, which hosts the website and its database in India, and our email delivery service, which sends the notification to our team and the confirmation to you.
• Anyone else only where the law requires us to disclose it.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The separate ADIVAS School website uses a sign-in cookie for its learners and staff; it has its own learner privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to follow up on the conversation. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time (see below). We delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what details of yours we hold, and why;
• correct details that are wrong;
• delete your details, or stop using them;
• withdraw the agreement you gave when you sent the form.

Write to contact@techadivas.com from the email address you used, and say what you would like. We will reply and act on it within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the authority named in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies to you.

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. If you are a learner or a parent using ADIVAS School of Future Technologies, read the learner privacy notice instead. If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and its date.
